Terms of lease

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

The vehicle can be rented only by a person (hereinafter referred to as the renter) who is over 21 years old and has had a driver's license for at least 2 years.

When picking up the car, the renter is obliged to present valid documents: passport or identity card and driver's license, which the managers of Efex Rent A Car are obliged to copy and keep in the records.

The lessee is obliged to sign a contract in which he agrees with the agreed price of the vehicle and additional services, the amount of the deposit and the exact time of return of the vehicle.

Also, by signing the contract, the lessee agrees to the general provisions of the lease, which can be found on the back of the contract, and which you can read here.

PRICE of the car per day includes tax, comprehensive insurance and unlimited mileage, unless otherwise stated in the promotional price. The price of a car per day includes a calculation period of 24 hours from the moment of vehicle pickup, with the possibility of tolerance up to 1 hour when returning the vehicle. All prices are expressed in euros, so payment is made in euros, when picking up the vehicle, in cash or by credit card. We accept all payment cards VISA, MASTER, AMEX.

A DEPOSIT is required when picking up and depends on the choice of vehicle, the minimum is €200, and you can see the exact amount when booking. The deposit can be made in cash or by reserving funds on a payment card. For regular customers, the deposit is reduced. For people under 25, the deposit is doubled, and the minimum is €500. Efex Rent A Car reserves the right to increase the renter's deposit, i.e. not to issue the vehicle. You can pay the deposit in any currency according to the euro exchange rate.

INSURANCE: The rental price includes comprehensive insurance with participation in damages up to the amount of the deposit, which means that in the event of a traffic accident or car theft, your participation is equal to the deposit you left when picking up the car, starting at €200 and up. You can also rent a car with full insurance, for which the amount of the surcharge depends on the class of the car, and will be displayed on the website when booking. If you pay extra for comprehensive insurance, along with the attached police report, which is mandatory, in the event of an accident you have no share in the damage, nor with the returned documentation and vehicle key you have no share in the event of theft. Full insurance does not cover damage to the interior of the vehicle such as stained and burned seats, scratched and damaged surfaces.

Tire insurance is not included in full or basic insurance.

GOING ABROAD with our car is possible with our consent and payment of a fee of 30 euros. If you want to travel outside the borders of our country, please inform us about it in advance, otherwise we will certify the approval for a vehicle in which this is prohibited.
