Terms of lease

GENERAL TERMS:

The vehicle can only be rented by a person (hereinafter referred to as the renter) who is over 21 years old and has held a driver's license for at least 2 years.

When taking over the car, the lessee is obliged to present valid documents: passport or identity card and driver's license, which EFEX Rent A Car managers are obliged to copy and keep in the records.

The lessee is obliged to sign the contract in which he agrees with the agreed price of the vehicle and additional services, the amount of the deposit and the exact time of return of the vehicle.

Also, by signing the contract, the lessee agrees with the general rental provisions, which can be found on the back of the contract, which you can read here.

The PRICE of the car per day includes tax, comprehensive insurance and unlimited mileage, unless otherwise stated in the promotional price. The price of a car per day includes a calculation period of 24 hours from the time of vehicle pick-up, with the possibility of tolerance up to 1 hour when returning the car.All prices are expressed in euros, so payment is made in euros, when picking up the vehicle, in cash or by credit card. We accept all payment cards VISA, MASTER, AMEX. 

DEPOSIT is required at the time of pick-up and depends on the choice of vehicle, the minimum is €200, and you can see the exact amount when making a reservation. The deposit can be left in cash or by reserving funds on a payment card. For regular customers, the deposit is reduced. For persons younger than 25, the deposit is doubled, and the minimum is €500. EFEX Rent A Car reserves the right to increase the renter's deposit, i.e. not to issue the vehicle. You can pay the deposit in any currency according to the Euro exchange rate.

INSURANCE: The rental price includes comprehensive insurance with participation in damages up to the amount of the deposit, which means that in the event of a traffic accident or car theft, your participation is equal to the deposit you left when taking over the car, which ranges from €200 and up. You can also rent a car with full insurance, for which the amount of the surcharge depends on the class of the car, and it will be displayed on the website when booking. If you pay extra for full insurance, along with the attached police report, which is mandatory, in the event of an accident you have no share in the damage, nor with the returned documents and vehicle key you have no share in the case of theft. Full insurance does not cover damage caused to the interior of the vehicle such as stained and burnt seats, scratched and damaged surfaces.

LEAVING CROATIA with our car is possible with our consent and payment of a fee of 30 euros. If you want to travel outside the borders of our country, please let us know in advance, otherwise we will stamp your authorization for a vehicle in which that option is prohibited.

WORKING HOURS of the branches at Belgrade Airport "Nikola Tesla" and Niš "Konstantin Veliki" are from 07:00-24:00. Any pre-booked pickup or return of the vehicle 30 minutes before or after working hours is free of charge. Collection or return of the car in the period between 00:31 and 01:00 after midnight and from 03:45 to 06:30 in the morning is charged an additional 15 euros plus VAT. Picking up or returning the car between 01:00 and 03:45 is charged an additional 30 euros plus VAT.

DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE is possible and is subject to an additional charge upon agreement.
